New Delhi: Grand Mufti of India said in a statement that those who perpetrated the heinous deadly attack in Sri Lanka are the enemies of Islam and they don't know what is Quran nor Prophet Muhammad’s words. He added that Indian Community, particularly the Muslims are wholeheartedly standing with the Christian brothers of Sri Lanka and prayed for the Almighty Allah to save the nation from such terrorists. The Grand Mufti stated that he has sent a letter to Austin Fernando, the High commissioner of Sri Lanka in India in solidarity with the Nation in this turbulent time. He added that the Sri Lankan government should consider the Muslim community in the country though they are in fears in many ways, to be safe.
