"I hope the government and its leadership will uplift the constitutional values and rise to the expectations of the people of Karnataka by giving equal rights and opportunities to them to grow,  irrespective of caste, colour and religion", He said. The Grand Mufti also extended that the soul of democracy lies in the hearts of people with the right to determine their future. India's constitution and democracy ensure this power of people, which, I truly believe, was the driving force behind the Karnataka election. May the Govt. of Karnataka and Shri Siddaramaiah get the people's souls and be able to discharge their duties in complete favour of the citizens and uphold the democratic values and the spirit of India!
